Oxford Innovation Space at Heyford Park is hiring a zero-hours Customer Experience Assistant to welcome visitors, manage reception duties and support events across our network of centres.

This casual, ad-hoc role offers flexible hours to cover holidays and absences, with opportunities to work at other Oxfordshire centres. You’ll thrive in a friendly, service‑driven environment that values initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and create a positive first impression
• Manage reception tasks: calls, emails, post and meeting room bookings
• Support events, social media updates and community activities
• Maintain centre operations: supplies, equipment and shared spaces
• Assist with customer needs and provide backup support to the Centre Manager
