Job summary

The National Film and Television School (NFTS) is seeking a Development Manager to lead the BBC YouTube Create x Connect programme and related NFTS initiatives from its Cardiff base. The role focuses on delivering high-quality development, partnerships and delivery across Wales and the UK.

You will oversee planning, coordination and financial management, while supporting outreach, recruitment and stakeholder engagement to ensure programme success and impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in development, programme or project management.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in creative/education sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with external organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of BBC | YouTube | NFTS Create x Connect and NFTS YouTube Creator Incubator programmes.
• Coordinate programme planning, schedules and records across multiple programmes.
• Support recruitment, outreach and participant engagement across Wales and the UK.
• Manage budgets, contracts and financial processes for the programmes.
• Represent NFTS professionally with external partners and stakeholders.
