Job summary

The NFTS Development Manager role leads the delivery of BBC | YouTube | NFTS Create x Connect and NFTS YouTube Creator Incubator programmes, based from Cardiff offices. You will work with the Head of NFTS Cymru Wales and Programme Leads to ensure strong planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

This hands-on role requires excellent organisation, initiative and a proactive approach to managing recruitment, shared systems, finances and contracts across both programmes, with travel across the

Qualifications

• Significant experience in development, programme or project management within screen, broadcast or digital media.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Proven track record of budget monitoring and financial administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and networking.
• Experience of recruitment and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Support development, planning and delivery of both programmes with cross-programme coordination.
• Maintain shared systems, schedules, deadlines and records.
• Provide administrative support to Programme Leads for efficient delivery.
• Coordinate practical arrangements for workshops, masterclasses and sessions.
• Attend briefings to ensure speakers are prepared.
• Support recruitment, outreach and partner engagement.
• Monitor budgets and contracts to ensure activity stays within budgets.
• Travel across the UK for delivery as required.
