Job summary

The National Film and Television School (NFTS) is recruiting a Development Manager: YouTube Development Programmes to lead the delivery and strategic objectives of two flagship programmes. The role is based from NFTS offices in Cardiff and requires close collaboration with programme leads, partners and participants.

Full time (35 hours a week) with a fixed term of 3 years, salary up to £37,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring excellent organisation, initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with participants, creative practitioners, industry partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and operational support across two programmes: recruitment, shared systems, communications, stakeholder relationships, budgets and contracts.
• Work closely with Programme Leads to ensure programmes are well planned, financially controlled and aligned with NFTS and partner objectives.
• Support delivery of BBC | YouTube | NFTS Create x Connect and NFTS YouTube Creator Incubator through orchestration and stakeholder liaison.
• Contribute to recruitment and contracting processes, ensuring compliance and smooth operation.
