Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Analyst for YouTube UK & EMEA to turn performance data into clear, strategic insights across 33 markets from our London base.

You will own reporting, KPI definition, and stakeholder storytelling, partnering with local teams and internal partners to optimise both paid and organic YouTube activity. This fixed-term role runs until 2027 and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using analytical techniques to evaluate performance on YouTube or a similar digital content platform.
• Strong experience working with YouTube CMS, YouTube analytics tools and content management systems.
• Experience reporting on and analysing paid and organic social media, content or digital marketing campaigns.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse audience, channel and content performance across The Walt Disney Company's YouTube ecosystem throughout the UK and EMEA.
• Create post-campaign analyses, dashboards and regular reporting that communicate performance, progress, learnings and success.
• Define and maintain KPIs, benchmarks and growth metrics to measure channel health, campaign effectiveness and business impact.
• Translate complex performance data and research into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for channel managers and stakeholders.
• Lead the measurement and evaluation of tests, experiments and platform innovations, including YouTube alpha and beta initiatives.
