Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an experienced and commercially minded YouTube Media Buying Manager to lead activation and performance across a diverse client portfolio. This role is dedicated to YouTube, covering video advertising, targeting, bidding, measurement and platform innovation, with accountability for driving efficiency and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with strategy, planning and client teams to keep YouTube as a high-performing channel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube media buying strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Plan and activate campaigns across YouTube formats, including Skippable/In-Stream, Non-Skippable In-Stream, In-Feed, Shorts, Masthead.
• Build audience strategies using first-party, contextual, affinity, demographic and behavioural targeting.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance daily.
• Optimise bids, budgets, creative rotation and targeting to improve outcomes.
• Produce insightful campaign analysis and post-campaign evaluations.
• Present recommendations and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
