Job summary

OMD in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Biddable Manager focused on YouTube to lead activation, optimisation and performance of YouTube campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.

You will own bidding strategies, audience targeting, measurement frameworks and platform innovation to maximise campaign performance and drive media efficiency, audience engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with video advertising on YouTube.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies and measurement.
• Proven ability to optimise campaigns against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube media buying strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Plan and activate campaigns across YouTube formats (Skippable In-Stream, Non-Skippable In-Stream, In-Feed, Shorts, Masthead).
• Build audience strategies using first-party, contextual, affinity, demographic and behavioural targeting.
• Monitor delivery and performance; optimise bids, budgets and creative rotation to improve outcomes.
• Produce insights and post-campaign evaluations; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Present recommendations and performance updates to clients and collaborate with planning and creative teams.
