Job summary

Qualifications

• The Youth Worker will encourage informal learning that occurs away from a structured, formal classroom environment.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and deliver engaging 1:1 and group activities.
• Experience supporting young people with learning disabilities and autism is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging 1:1 support and group workshops.
• Coordinate activities across arts, sports, music, dance, drama and cooking.
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment focusing on social aspects of learning.
