Job summary

Kisharon Langdon in North London is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Edgware and Borehamwood. Roles are full-time (37.5 hours per week) with hourly pay between £12.71 unqualified and £13.56 qualified.

Responsibilities include assisting with social, health and personal care, enabling independence, and supporting members to engage in employment and social activities. UK driving license is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent; good written English.
• Ofqual QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care for higher pay (£13.56/hr).
• New to care work? unqualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support in social, health and personal care.
• Support moving, wheelchair use and hoist as required.
• Help members develop skills like shopping, cooking and cleaning.
