Zusammenfassung

Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS is seeking a motivated Participation and Engagement Worker to lead co-production and user engagement across our services. You will collaborate with children, young people, families, carers, experts by experience, staff and partner agencies to shape services designed with and for those who use them.

The role offers supervision, training, wellbeing support and flexible working opportunities, with work across multiple CAMHS sites.

Aufgaben

• Help ensure the voices of children, young people, parents and carers influence how CAMHS services are designed, developed and improved.
• Build trusted relationships with service users and families, facilitate participation groups and engagement events, and ensure under-represented voices are heard.
• Gather and analyse feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support co-production projects that lead to meaningful change.
• Develop partnerships with schools, community groups and voluntary organisations, create accessible information and communication resources, and support engagement through digital platforms.
• Represent the views of children, young people and families at meetings, contribute to service development, coordinate participation activities and maintain records that demonstrate the impact of engagement on service improvement.
