This is an exciting opportunity to establish and embed a culture of genuine co-production across CAMHS. In the first year, you will focus on listening, building relationships and developing a clear participation framework that enables children, young people, families, carers, stakeholders and staff to influence how services are designed, delivered and improved. Working collaboratively across CAMHS and with partner organisations, you will help strengthen participation, improve experiences and drive meaningful change. Longer term, our ambition is to create a service where co-production is embedded in everyday practice, participation is everyone's responsibility, and the views of children, young people, families and carers routinely shape strategic decisions, service improvements and future developments.
