This role sits within the CAMHS team of Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. It focuses on embedding co-production by engaging with young people, families, carers and partner agencies to shape service changes. The post spans multiple CAMHS sites with the base to be confirmed at interview.

In its first year, the emphasis is on listening and building a participation framework to ensure voices influence service design and delivery.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent is required.
• Considerable experience in a community development, engagement or patient relations role.
• Understanding of health and social care services and engaged with seldom heard communities is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the voices of children, young people, parents and carers influence CAMHS service design and improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with service users and families.
• Facilitate participation groups and engagement events.
• Represent under-represented voices in decisions and planning.
• Coordinate participation activities and capture impact data.
