Itec Bridgend is looking for a Youth Tutor to work on-site, delivering individualised tutoring sessions, supporting learners’ needs and helping them reach their potential.

This full-time fixed-term (9 months) role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:30, with a salary banding of £25,131–£27,316 and a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, life insurance, and a profit-sharing scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent.
• Experience working with young people or NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) beneficial.
• Ability to engage and support learners in a learning environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualised tutoring sessions and support learners’ needs.
• Inspire students to achieve their potential and improve progression.
• Plan lessons and assess learner progress with constructive feedback.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications to a quality standard.
