Job summary

Waythrough in Birmingham is seeking a Complex Needs Practitioner to support young people aged 17-25 facing substance misuse, mental health challenges and complex needs. You will work with a person-centred, strengths-based approach to help identify goals, reduce risk and build resilience for positive outcomes.

The role involves flexible community work across multi-agency settings, responding to referrals from health, social care, education and criminal justice, and building trusting relationships

Qualifications

• Experience within health or social care.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with young people.
