Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood team within Adult Social Care, focusing on assessment and support planning for young people transitioning into adulthood.

You will work in a strength‑based, collaborative environment to develop personalised plans, promote safeguarding, and maintain records and reports, with ongoing supervision and development opportunities. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

• Participating in team discussions and service reviews.
• Undertaking health and safety risk assessments.
