Job summary

Oasis Community Housing is seeking a dedicated professional to support its Young People’s Supported Housing Service in Gateshead. You will contribute to two 24-hour staffed projects for youth with medium to complex needs, delivering holistic, trauma-informed support in line with safeguarding and pathway plans.

Under supervision, you will liaise with Gateshead Council and ensure compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations and Ofsted registration, within evenings and weekend rostas.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, holistic, personalised support experience preferred.
• Ability to work with multi-agency partners and maintain safeguarding.
• Experience in social housing or youth support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Oasis Community Housing’s Young People’s Supported Housing Service (Ofsted registered).
• Contribute to two 24-hour staffed projects for 16-21 and 16-17 with complex needs.
• Work with Gateshead Council services to achieve outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.
