Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic support to children and young people in our supported housing projects in line with Oasis ethos and values.
• Engage with MDT partners, attend meetings, and share information with relevant services.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and concerns are reported promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive case files and use the In-Form system to record and report outcomes.
• Explain project Handbook and service expectations to residents at entry and reiterate as needed.
• Organise activities aligned with residents' interests and promote participation in service design.
• Work with Housing Management and attend regular supervision and required training.
