Cardiff Youth Service is seeking to recruit Youth Support Workers to develop and support our Inclusive provisions within the Digital Youth Work model.

We are establishing locality teams to support Youth Work and Wider Youth Support Services through a partnership-based, collaborative approach.
This role involves working evenings and weekends (provision-led) and supporting the delivery of a flexible digital Youth Work program. You will develop Youth Work programs in partnership with young people, ensuring co-production is central to delivery.
Applicants must meet current qualification and registration requirements outlined by the Education Workforce Council.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering sustainable, high-quality services to young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
You should have a proven track record of collaborative work, co-producing with young people, and supporting their needs flexibly. An understanding of inclusive and digital methods of working with youth is essential.
Grade: T00 15 (£31,528 per annum)
This position requires registration with the Education Workforce Council and is subject to DBS checks.
This is a part-time role: 3 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with salary pro-rated accordingly.
