The Youth Service is undergoing an exciting time of development and has a number of opportunities to be part of the team as a Youth Support Worker. This role involves engaging and supporting young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Care Leavers, in our youth zones and community settings, delivering detached and outreach activities.

The sessions run in the evening, typically between -pm, and can be scheduled throughout the week, including Friday nights.
We are not necessarily looking for experience but seek candidates who are passionate about supporting young people, especially those facing challenges, and who can build meaningful professional relationships to encourage positive change.
