An established industry player is looking for passionate Youth Support Workers to join their dynamic team. This role involves engaging with young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and delivering fun and meaningful activities in various community settings. The Youth Service is undergoing an exciting time of development and has a number of opportunities to be part of the team as a Youth Support Worker. You will engage and support young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Care Leavers, in our youth zones and out in the community delivering detached and outreach services.

We deliver a range of groups that young people can attend, including:
Sessions run in the evening, typically between - pm, across the full week, including Friday nights.
We are not necessarily looking for experience; the right candidate will have a passion for supporting young people, especially those who may be struggling, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships to inform and educate about making positive changes.
