Support Worker Role

We are seeking support workers who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. The role involves zero-hour contracts with competitive pay, typically 12-hour shifts. We provide tools for success, including career growth and professional development.

Applicants must be a driver with access to a vehicle, possess a warm and engaging personality, and be flexible. Experience supporting challenging young people is preferred but not essential if you have the right skills and values.

Training and Safeguarding

Successful candidates will undergo onboarding, including 16 training modules, a 2-day Physical Intervention Training course with GSA Certified tutors, and a 1-day training on Children’s Safeguarding, Trauma-Informed Practice, Polyvagal Theory, and our role at Paragon Social Care.
