We’re searching for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Hartlepool. This service offers a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service, allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and support individuals in managing their finances. You will always remember why you chose this role, as our Seniors are central to providing day-to-day support.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, whether by helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to achieve their independence and goals.
We look for Senior Support Workers with the right experience and values. Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, and trauma.
