Casual Support Worker required in Chester

We are looking for Support Workers to provide flexible, person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs, including Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Concerns, and more. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.

Your pay – £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Full details will be provided in your written offer. We value caring individuals who want to make a positive difference.

What are your shift patterns?

Flexible shifts may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing personalized support to individuals in various settings, including community homes, hospitals, or care facilities.
  • Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
