Job summary

WithYou in Preston is seeking a Team Leader for its Young Person’s services on a fixed-term basis until March 2028. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a starting salary of £30,900, rising to £37,080 through pay bands.

You will lead a team, manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes, while building partnerships with statutory and non-statutory agencies and safeguarding.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams in health/social care or related services
• Proven ability to work with a range of agencies and stakeholders
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and application experience
