Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Young Persons Worker to support a caseload of young people in Shropshire. The role is home-based with outreach within the community and involves assessing needs, developing care plans, and delivering treatments for substance misuse.

The position is full-time and fixed-term until 31 March 2028. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, and a cover letter is required with applications.
