St Giles Trust is seeking a Serious Organised Crime Caseworker to join our community-based team in Wales. You will support young people at risk of, or involved in, serious organised crime and county lines across Gwent, helping them step away from harm and build a positive future.

The role focuses on holistic, youth-centred support, risk assessments, and coordinating with families and partner agencies to enable education, training and employment opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience with young people at risk of crime or exploitation.
• Ability to conduct risk and needs assessments with safeguarding as priority.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Mansioni

• Deliver practical holistic support, solo or with colleagues.
• Support young people into education, training and employment.
• Build relationships with referral partners including police and Youth Offending Teams.
• Close cases with clear ongoing support plans and maintain records.
