Job summary

Catch22 in Herefordshire is seeking a dedicated professional to join the West Mercia Integrated CSE/CCE service. The role involves direct engagement with vulnerable young people on a 1:1 basis within a case management framework, addressing risk factors and coordinating with multi-agency partners.

The position is permanent, office-based in Hereford, offering a 15-hour work week with pro-rata salary. DBS check is required, and a full driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Direct specialist knowledge of factors leading to exploitation and how to address them.
• Experience engaging with vulnerable young people one-to-one within a caseload model.
• Ability to work with key stakeholders in CSE/CCE agenda.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with referring agencies to receive referrals.
• Manage caseloads, assess needs, and develop intervention and vulnerability plans.
• Plan and deliver interventions following Catch22 policies and local guidance.
• Develop materials and activities to build resilience and safety for young people.
• Work with Local Authorities and Safeguarding Boards to foster multi-agency collaboration.
• Record all interventions and communications in MIS.
• Complete monitoring information to support funders and KPIs.
