Moxie People is seeking a Youth Support Worker (Male) in Newport/Caerphilly to support CYP who have experienced domestic violence. The role runs for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £25,020 per annum.

This temporary position lasts until 31 March 2026 and requires sensitivity, safeguarding expertise and the ability to liaise with schools and services. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support, run wellbeing sessions, and work with families and professionals to

Youth Support Worker - Male

As a Youth Support Worker in Caerphilly, you'll support CYP's who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence and abuse.

You will

• Provide 1:1 support to children and young people

Pay & Hours

This role is open to Male Candidates only as an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Paragraph 1, due to the nature of the work and the level of support required by the women accessing these services.
