Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting for a role within the West Mercia Integrated CSE/CCE service, supporting vulnerable young people in a case-management framework. You will build referrals, assess needs, plan interventions and work with local authorities to safeguard youth across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Worcestershire.

The role requires direct experience with at-risk youth, strong safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of working directly with young people on level 2-4 on the continuum of need presenting a variety of support needs.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating support activities for and with young people and their carers; familiarity with case management including assessment, action planning and reviews.
• Experience with Health and Safety and risk management procedures.
• Experience working in partnership with various agencies to achieve outcomes.
• Extensive experience and understanding of Child Protection and safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain productive working relationships with referring agencies to ensure referrals are received.
• Manage a caseload, assess needs and develop intervention/vulnerability plans within timescales.
• Plan and deliver interventions per Catch22 policies and local guidance to use resources effectively.
• Develop materials and activities to build resilience and safety for young people.
• Collaborate with Local Authorities and Safeguarding Boards on multi‑agency partnerships.
• Record interventions and communications in MIS per service specification.
