Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting for an office-based role in Herefordshire, focusing on young people at risk of CSE/CCE. The post requires direct specialist knowledge, one-to-one engagement, and strong collaboration with key stakeholders to safeguard and support vulnerable youths.

Responsibilities include caseload management, assessment, and development of intervention and resilience plans, with emphasis on safeguarding, reporting, and partnership work with authorities.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with young people at levels 2–4 on the continuum of need.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating support activities with young people and their carers.
• Experience with case management including assessment, action planning and reviews.
• Experience with Health and Safety and risk management procedures.
• Experience working with multiple agencies to achieve outcomes.
• Extensive experience and understanding of Child Protection and safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain productive working relationships with referring agencies to ensure referrals.
• Manage a caseload, assess needs and develop intervention plans and timescales.
• Plan and deliver interventions per Catch22 policies and local guidance to achieve targets.
• Develop materials and deliver activities to build resilience and safety for young people.
• Collaborate with Local Authorities and safeguarding boards.
• Record interventions and multi-agency correspondence in MIS.
• Complete monitoring information for progress reports to funders and stakeholders.
