Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting for a part-time role within the West Mercia Integrated Child Exploitation and Child Criminal Exploitation service. The post involves direct work with vulnerable young people, conducting assessments, delivering tailored interventions and collaborating with local authorities and partner agencies.

A DBS check is required and a driving licence is preferred. The role requires knowledge of CSE/CCE risk factors, strong case-management skills and the ability to engage one-to-one

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with young people on level 2–4 needs
• Experience planning and evaluating support activities with young people and carers
• Experience with assessment, action planning and reviews in case management
• Experience applying health and safety and risk management procedures
• Experience partnering with multiple agencies to achieve outcomes
• Extensive experience and understanding of child protection and safeguarding processes

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain productive working relationships with referring agencies to ensure regular referrals
• Manage a caseload and undertake assessments to develop intervention and vulnerability plans
• Plan and deliver interventions in line with Catch22 policies and local authority guidance
• Develop materials and deliver activities to build resilience and safety for young people
• Work with Local Authorities and Safeguarding Boards to establish multi‑agency partnerships
• Record all interventions and communications in the MIS and keep monitoring information up to date
• Complete required monitoring data to support reports to funders and stakeholders
