Keys Group in Reading is seeking full-time Children's Residential Support Workers for our EPIC team in Tadley. You will help children and young people live in a safe, loving home and participate in activities that support growth and independence.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training, funded qualifications, coaching, and a full induction are provided to set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• No prior experience needed; full training and qualifications provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
