Caretech is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in the Manchester area. You will support young people with daily routines, including school prep and meals, while helping create a warm, safe home environment.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, provide emotional support, and help plan activities, trips, and creative projects. Prior experience isn’t required as training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team dedicated to safeguarding and development.

Responsabilités

• Support young people with daily routines such as getting ready for school and meal times.
• Plan activities and outings to promote development.

• Keep essential care records.
