Job summary

Caretech Supplies LLC is seeking enthusiastic Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team in the UK. You will build strong relationships and provide warm, supportive care for children and young people in our care.

No two days are the same in this dynamic role, with activities planning, one-on-one support, and off-site trips. A positive, can-do attitude is valued, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years (Ofsted requirement).
• Full UK driving licence preferable but not essential.
• No prior experience required, passion for working with young people.
• Availability for sleep-in shifts.
• Attend a two-week induction if successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support during challenging times.
• Foster ambition and help young people achieve goals.
• Support educational pursuits of young individuals.
• Maintain accurate records and write reports for planning meetings.
• Empower young people to participate in decisions about their lives and future.
• Act as advocate in meetings where the young person is discussed.
• Encourage community engagement and off-site activities.
• Meet needs of children by organising social activities and home duties (laundry, cooking, cleaning, shopping).
