Progressive Independence is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join its team. You will support children and young people with emotional, social and practical needs, helping them build independence and positive outcomes.

The role includes long-day shifts, sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays, with a structured 3-3-1 rolling rota and about 125 shifts per year. We offer fully funded training, opportunities for Level 4 qualifications, career progression, mentoring, health and

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care or Health and Social Care (Children’s Pathway).
• Minimum of 12 months' experience working in a children’s home.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• An Enhanced DBS check is required for successful applicants.
• Desirable: An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.
