Job summary

Invigor Adolescent Care is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support children and young people up to 17 years old. You will join a specialist team in Blackley, Manchester, on a rolling five-week rota with seven-day shifts and enhanced overtime rates.

The role includes helping with daily living tasks, building relationships, and engaging in activities while undergoing full training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Support children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop skills.
• Ability to work in a team and reflect Invigor Adolescent Care values.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the young people.
• Engage in diverse activities with the team.
• Assist with day-to-day living tasks including housekeeping, cooking and cleaning.
• Complete paperwork and reports; full training provided.
