Progressive Independence is hiring a Residential Support Worker for day shifts with no sleep-ins. The role supports children and young people in a residential setting, with a structured 3-3-1 rolling rota and approximately 125 shifts per year.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 months' experience in children’s residential care.
• Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care - Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.

• Support education, activities, hobbies and daily routines.
