Central & Southern Homes is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Exeter to help care for children in a home setting. You will participate in daily routines, activities, and outings, while ensuring a child-centred approach and emotional support.

• Experience supporting children in a home environment with a child-centred approach.
• Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and act on them appropriately.
• Record events, contribute to care plans and participate in reviews and meetings.
• Provide consistent boundaries and support to children and young people.
