Job summary

Randstad Care is seeking two permanent Residential Support Workers in Exeter to provide consistent and caring support for young people with emotional and social challenges. The role focuses on creating a stable, safe home environment with predictable routines and positive engagement.

You will participate in training, support with daily activities, and maintain detailed records while working a full-time rota that includes varied shifts to ensure round-the-clock care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care roles such as Support Worker or Care Assistant is preferred.

Pay: £13.50 to £14.10 per hour (£28,080 to £29,328 per annum)

We are seeking 2 permanent Support Workers to join our Exeter children's home team. You will support young people with emotional and social challenges, creating a happy, structured, and safe home environment.

This role is well suited to applicants who have worked as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Youth Worker, SEN Assistant, Key Worker, or Childcare Practitioner.
