Job summary

The Jon Egging Trust is seeking a Youth Programmes Officer to deliver inspiring teamwork, leadership and employability activities across the West Midlands. The role is homebased with travel to partner schools and sites in Wolverhampton and Telford, supporting young people during school terms.

You will plan and run programmes, liaise with school staff, partners and volunteers, and help ensure activities meet young people's needs while reporting to the Regional Manager Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people
• Ability to plan and deliver teamwork, leadership and employability programmes
• Liaison with school staff, local partners and volunteers

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inspiring teamwork, leadership and employability programmes in the West Midlands.
• Liaise with school staff, local partners (including the Military and local businesses) and volunteers to meet young people’s needs.
• Travel to partner schools and business sites; fuel expenses paid and travel time included as part of working hours.
