Worcestershire County Council invites applications for the Outreach Personal Advisor role in Bromsgrove. The position is 37 hours per week, with salary £32,578 - £34,811 per annum and a permanent/fixed term contract.

The Outreach Service team supports Children Looked After aged 16-18, helping them transition to adulthood through practical support, guidance and advocacy. A driving licence and car access are required.

• Able to work with multi‑agency colleagues to support looked-after children.
• Good diary and time management to meet service needs.

• Address health and safety concerns confidently and effectively.
• Stay updated with legislation and training needs.

• On-call sleep-in duties and weekend rota involvement.
