Worcestershire County Council in Bromsgrove is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join the Bromsgrove Short Breaks team on a part-time basis. The role offers 23-30 hours per week, with a salary of £22,827 to £26,853 per annum pro rata based on hours on offer, and a permanent contract.

You will work with children and young people with disabilities, helping them achieve goals and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with children or young people with disabilities.
• Ability to build relationships with families and professionals.
• Good communication skills.
