Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate, adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

You will build trust, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working beyond traditional classrooms to create engaging learning experiences. A minimum of 2 years’ experience and a UK driving licence are required, with three days’ availability per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
