Job summary

Nudge Education Limited seeks compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role is hands-on, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns. The position requires a UK driving licence, a commitment to at least three days per week,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
