Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK.

This role requires a minimum of three days per week, a Full UK driving licence, and DBS checks. You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to help learners thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH Experience.
• Complex Needs Experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
