Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK. You will deliver tailored intervention sessions and build trusting relationships to help young people reconnect with education.

Role requires 2+ years' experience, a full UK driving licence, and commitment to at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD
• Experience supporting students with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance)
• Experience supporting young people with social communication and behavioural difficulties
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams
