Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the UK is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, undertake safeguarding duties, and collaborate with families and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences that make education meaningful for every learner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting ADHD/ ASD and ADD.
• Experience supporting social communication and behavioural difficulties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
