Care in Mind is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for a part-time role at our home in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. You will work 20 hours per week across shifts (early/late and some night coverage) to support young people with mental health needs in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities include recording care information, administering medications, and helping residents with education, daily tasks, and community transition.

Qualifikationen

• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Willingness to attend training on weekdays throughout employment.
• Good written skills to write basic reports and record information accurately.
• Basic IT skills for online care system, forms, emails.
• Good verbal communication and listening abilities.

• Update online care records and complete medication administration.
• Contribute to a safe, homely environment within the home.
• Support young people to develop independence in education, tasks and life skills.
• Assist with travel and transition activities as residents move to the community.
