Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Practice Supervisor to strengthen Youth Justice practice across the Future4Me service. You will work across locality teams, provide coaching and guidance, and support line management responsibilities.

The role focuses on maintaining high practice standards and developing improvements in line with Child First principles. In this fixed-term 12-month post, you will contribute to policy development, support audits, and help ensure readiness for inspections

Qualifications

• Understanding of Youth Justice practice and Child First principles.
• Ability to lead on quality assurance and audits across services.
• Experience coaching/practitioners and providing professional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Youth Justice quality assurance across Future4Me.
• Coordinate audits and share learning across teams.
• Provide line management and support to staff.
• Develop and review Youth Justice policies and practice guidance.
• Ensure practice aligns with HMIP expectations and Child First principles.
