• Understanding of Youth Justice practice and Child First principles.
• Experience in quality assurance and audits.
• Ability to coach practitioners and provide guidance.
• Experience supporting practice development and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Youth Justice quality assurance across Future4Me.
• Coordinate audits and QA activities with Practice Supervisors and Team Managers.
• Provide line management and matrix lead across areas.
• Help ensure practice reflects HMIP expectations and Youth Justice Board standards.
• Turn legislation and guidance into practical guidance for staff.
